Travel Program Costs and Fees

Travel Program Fees: Grade 3 - $500 | Grades 4–8: $580

Covers gym time, tournament fees, and program operations.

Uniform Package:

Uniform set (two shorts, one reversible jersey)

• Adult: $165
• Youth: $150

Personalized shooting shirt

• All sizes $23

Note: Returning players with existing uniforms may be required to purchase updated items based on uniform cycle or team needs.

Payment Processing Fees:

A fee of 4% + $0.99 per transaction applies to all credit card payments.

Additional Potential Costs:

• Hotel accommodations for select tournaments
• Tournament entry fees (if not fully covered by program fees)
• Optional additional tournaments or team events

Volunteer Commitment (Required):

To support the successful operation of the program, each travel family (Grades 3–8) is required to contribute 3 hours of volunteer service per player during the season.

Families may choose to opt out of the volunteer requirement by paying a $300 volunteer opt-out fee.

Volunteer roles may include tournament support, event coordination, or other program needs that directly benefit the player experience.
